Dhariwal Infrastructure limited (DIL) - Chandrapur, a 2 X 300 MW coal based thermal power plant, located in the state of Maharashtra is a wholly owned subsidiary of CESC Limited, flagship power utility of RP-Sanjiv Goenka (RP-SG) Group of companies. CESC is India's first fully integrated electrical utility company engaged in generation & distribution of electricity since 1897. With this unit, CESC Limited has first time forayed into generation business outside the state of west Bengal.
